And this is one of those methods from Healing Yoga for Injury, where I refer to it as the five factor check in. And to just kind of be present with that. If I understand my standard and after that I walk right into a session, and then I can sense how I'm affected on those 5 points of check in, and after that really interested about why is that altering?
Which how can we understand that something has simply shown up, whether it is intergenerational or otherwise? If we're not attached in with our bodies and we're not symbolized in the moment, exactly how would certainly we also understand? Like, going back to the very starting, we can be in trauma and we do not also recognize that we're in injury.
And so currently we can start to be curious regarding hi. If I do that five factor check in every day and then I can go, I observe that I have a tendency towards sensation kind of clouded in the morning.
What is that? What is that shielding me from? Where did that stem? When did I first begin feeling that method? Or that's the energetic domain name. Acknowledging that we're all interconnected, I think that's a beautiful, beautiful image and a lovely thought that we are connected in both directions.
